School website design in the Philippines and church website design in the Philippines look similar from a distance: events, people, and trust. The jobs they have to do are different. Parents hunting enrollment dates should not land on a livestream player. A church member checking Sunday schedule should not wade through an admissions portal.

A workable school site usually needs:

• Clear admissions or enrollment information with dates and requirements
• Faculty or department pages that stay accurate when people change roles
• A calendar or announcements stream for holidays, exams, and events
• Links to existing portals (enrollment systems, LMS, email) instead of reinventing them
• Contact paths for registrar, principal, or campus offices

Tone stays professional. Photos should look like your campus, not stock classrooms from another country.

Church sites: schedule, sermons, giving

A church or ministry site is a different brief:

• Service or mass schedules, including special Holy Week or simbang gabi notes
• Sermon, reflection, or livestream links if you already publish them
• Location and parking notes for first-time visitors
• Giving or donation information presented carefully, with the channels you actually use
• Ministry pages (youth, music, outreach) only if someone will maintain them

The goal is welcome and clarity, not a marketing landing page that feels out of place.

Easy updates for non-technical staff

Both schools and churches fail when only the vendor can change a date. I prefer WordPress with a simple editor and a short handbook: how to add an announcement, how to replace a banner, how not to paste from Word with hidden formatting.

That pairs with WordPress development and optional maintenance during enrollment season or Christmas.
